01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jambitoto. This document contains the complete terms and conditions governing the relationship between you as a member and jambitoto as the platform operator. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the jambitoto platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other channel we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to resolve any queries regarding account closure. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use jambitoto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident residing in Malaysia.
• Not prohibited from participating in betting activities by any relevant authority.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

At registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. jambitoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at jambitoto. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and wins.

03 Member Account Management

Your jambitoto account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or shared with any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including any financial transactions and wagering made.

You must ensure your account password is always secure and not disclosed to anyone, including family members. We recommend using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and changing it regularly. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for added security.

Personal information in your account profile — such as your full name, phone number and bank details — must always be kept up to date and accurate. Withdrawal requests will be rejected if the recipient name does not match the name registered in your jambitoto account.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Jambitoto supports a wide range of secure and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysia players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data safe at all times.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposited funds must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Jambitoto does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• The bank account registered for withdrawal must be in the same name as the jambitoto account.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Jambitoto does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Jambitoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotion terms. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• The Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, and special promotions each have different wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Jambitoto reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

06 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jambitoto are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring your bets are correct before confirming them. jambitoto is not responsible for betting errors made by members.

In situations where a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, jambitoto reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance. The outcome of all matches and competitions is determined based on the official results announced by the recognised governing body.

• Live (in-play) bets are final once the market closes.
• Incomplete bets due to technical disruptions will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds applicable are those at the time of confirmation.
• Any dispute regarding betting outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being announced.

07 Strictly Prohibited Activities

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on jambitoto:

• Use of automated software, bots or any technological tools to gain unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources.
• Bonus abuse through hedging, arbitrage or strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or others.
• Using false personal information or another person's identity during registration.
• Any form of collusion, fraud or attempts to manipulate betting outcomes.

08 jambitoto Limitation of Liability

Jambitoto provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes every effort to ensure the service runs smoothly at all times. However, we make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or delays beyond our control.

Jambitoto shall not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from internet service disruptions or issues with your own device.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Losses arising from account security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.

Jambitoto's maximum liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident in question.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Jambitoto respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy us, which forms part of this agreement.

The data we collect is used solely for platform operation, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your jambitoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all available balance in your account. Unclaimed balances remaining 90 days after the closure request date may be subject to our time-limit policy.

Jambitoto reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that fraud or a breach of terms has occurred.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Member is proven to not meet the eligibility requirements set.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities to do so.

11 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where jambitoto is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. All dispute proceedings will be conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English.
